MLM and Network Marketing Leads

How are you generating the leads you need to build your mlm business?  Are you compiling a list of everyone you’ve ever known?  What if you don’t know a lot of people?  What if you’re not comfortable talking to the ones you do know about your network marketing business?  And — whether you know a lot of people or not — what’s going to happen when you run out of those names?

In mlm, if you haven’t got people, you haven’t got a business.

I think this is one of those areas where, as a network marketer, you can unwittingly earn a bad name for yourself and your company.  You’ve called everyone on your list.  Everyone has told you no.  But you still want to build the business, so you call everyone again.  And again.  And again….

Pretty soon your friends don’t take your calls any more.  You’ve turned into one of those pushy salespeople 92% of the population (including you) can’t stand.  And your mlm business comes to a screeching halt.

None of this is your fault.  Even if your upline told you to do it this way, it’s not their fault either.  It’s what they were told to do.  But hey, you can’t really blame the company.  If they knew any better way to move product, why would they need you?

But how do you get people to buy?  People like to buy.  They just don’t like to be sold.  For instance, let’s say you need a new pair of shoes.  You go into the shoe store and a nice man lets you try on shoes until you find a pair you like.

So you buy them, take them home, and everybody’s happy.  You get your shoes, the salesman gets his sale, and life rolls along.

That was “sales,” you know.  But that was so easy!  What if building your networking marketing business could be this simple?  Well, it can be.  But before we get into that, let’s take a look at why this worked so well.

You were the prospect, and you were looking for what the “salesman” was selling.  This is the key.

The “salesman” in this example — aside from showing up for work that day — all he had to do was help you buy.  And by going into the store, you let him know it was okay for him to do that.  He knew you were looking for him.

So in building your mlm business…

You’re looking for the people who are looking for you.

If people are not looking for you, they’ll be turned off by your attempts to “sell” them on your mlm business.

People are looking for you on the Internet every day.  All you have to do is “show up for work and help them buy.”  Would you like to learn how to do that?  It can save you years of failure and frustration.  Click here to continue.

Once I initially commented I clicked the -Notify me when new feedback are added- checkbox and now every time a remark is added I get four emails with the identical comment. Is there any means you’ll be able to remove me from that service? Thanks!
